The finale strongly implied that in 2035 either Sasha or Malia Obama would be president. Except the math doesn't work.

The election prior to 2035 would be in 2032 which is twenty-three years from now. Malia is ten and Sasha is only seven so Malia would be thirty-three in 2032 and Sasha would be thirty. But you must be thirty-five to take office. QED.

ETA: And before you say that the President must have died and one of the Obama girls was in the chain of succession, you have to be thirty-five to be Vice President as well. And while it's possible that they were further down the chain of succession, it seems highly unlikely that both the President and Vice President died in the same three year period between 2032 and 2035.

Of course that's not even remotely the most wrong thing about that ending!

Pft. The writer's already broke the laws of physics, and the law of the land is much more easy to bend than that. = )

If we really need an explanation, I'd say that maybe a new Amendment was passed that lowered the age requirement.

Now...how do we explain the rest of that ending??? D:

Yeah, but how likely is that to actually happen?

The rest of the ending is crack. Pure and simple.
