Alexis Interview

I was reading this interview with Alexis about his new play, and found two interesting items:

1) Alexis is talking about a movie called "Faith" that he did in Liverpool and describes it as follows:

"It was the story of a scandal in Parliament and Michael and I were meant to be lovers, although neither of us has that particular inclination. We were constantly greeting each other with politically incorrect monikers whenever we saw one another and there was a lot of giggling in the intimate scenes!"

How did I not know about this? Does anyone have a copy?? *needs*

2) Apparently the production has given him a dialect coach to help him get the middle-American accent down for the play. I'm hoping this gives him the skills he needs to do a Californian accent too; I think the fact that he can't quite get a casual Californian accent down has really held him back.

ETA: Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] eloise_bright for the link!
