Apparently when you try to integrate a traditional facilities crew into a very progressive University culture, you get conversations like the following:
Tech1: So we need to bypass the bi-metal coupling --
Tech2: Now, now, that's an alternative-lifestyle-metal coupling.
Well, we'll get there eventually.
