Bleah. Been there and done that one. In my case, it was a vitamin B deficiency (never get that, BTW, it will *really* mess you up), and it took forever to figure it out. I was a wreck by the time I did. I hope your system gets back in line quickly!

I think it's just stress and hopping back and forth betweeen coasts/timezones. Still sucks.
