Bleah. Been there and done that one. In my case, it was a vitamin B deficiency (never get that, BTW, it will *really* mess you up), and it took forever to figure it out. I was a wreck by the time I did. I hope your system gets back in line quickly!
Oh, yuck. Sleep is a precious thing, I hope your body stops being cranky very soon and lets you relax. Have you tried anything like melatonin? I've heard of travelers using it to help with the effects of crossing time zones.
Melatonin is the hormone that regulates your sleeping pattern - it's the hormone your body naturally produces when it gets dark outside and it makes you fall asleep. Yup.
's illegal over here for some reason, but my mum bought it when we visited the States and we all slept very nicely on our flight back and it works really well.
::hugs you like whoa:: Are you still not sleeping, baby? I'm so sorry! It probably is the travel and some really fucked up jetlag. I hope, by now, that you've slept and feel refreshed and lovely. Because you are. Well, lovely, at least, and hopefully you'll be refreshed soon.
