I finally got up the nerve to ask the housemates to take down the xmas tree and they said yes! My house is once again Jew-friendly!

I don't know! I'd tried to be understanding. I didn't complain in December or January or February or March ... April is when I gave up on understanding and moved to "DUDE WTF?"
