My computer is sad

A new charger failed to make it happy, so it is staying in the computer repair shop until at least Monday. This makes me sad.

I am currently borrowing a computer so as not to go into total withdrawal, so I should be around for an hour or so.

So, anyone want to play in comments? There are all sorts of wonderful things to talk about: nice summer weather and wonderful/awful television shows and John Barrowman and shoes and lots of other things that aren't occurring to me right now.

Awww, hope it gets better soon. I wish I had time to play, but if I don't do some work *ugh, nasty word* there will be no tracks tomorrow, which will result in very miffed gamblers, lol.

I was assuming these were racing tracks, but those have to have grounds maintenance done on them, not have someone load them. So ... care to clarify for a confused woman?

lol, they are racing tracks, greyhounds, thorobreds and harness, however, they are in America, and I'm not (unfortunately) that is why I work nights, cos the USA is awake when GB is snoring. All I do is build a program to link us to them.

Has been for a while, there are several british sites which carry US tracks, I can bet palm beach, and a few others from one I am a member of. I bet the Kentucky Derby last year (Didn't win *pout*)

Yes, my birthday party was indeed on Saturday. It went pretty well. I haven't been feeling great lately (mentally that is), but save for moments of weird detachment I felt pretty good. It was a welcome change. Anyway, how are you? It must be tough without your computer; I for one would be in total internets withdrawal. I hope it gets fixed soon.
