My computer is sad

A new charger failed to make it happy, so it is staying in the computer repair shop until at least Monday. This makes me sad.

I am currently borrowing a computer so as not to go into total withdrawal, so I should be around for an hour or so.

So, anyone want to play in comments? There are all sorts of wonderful things to talk about: nice summer weather and wonderful/awful television shows and John Barrowman and shoes and lots of other things that aren't occurring to me right now.

Yes, my birthday party was indeed on Saturday. It went pretty well. I haven't been feeling great lately (mentally that is), but save for moments of weird detachment I felt pretty good. It was a welcome change. Anyway, how are you? It must be tough without your computer; I for one would be in total internets withdrawal. I hope it gets fixed soon.
