Help?

I've been tasked with researching wiki's as a solution for our company manuals. Does anyone run a wiki or know anyone who does?

I'd love to be able to pick your brains a bit.

ETA: What I'm really looking for is a free or low cost hosting service which allows you to put the wiki behind a login.
