I have had a headache off and on for the last week. The muscles in my neck are spasming, I'm nauseous, and my head is killing me. If this isn't better in a week I'm going to the doctor. Probably.

Edited for incorrect capitalization. As much as I'd like to see the Doctor, I think I'll have the settle for the doctor.

Oh dear. :-( What crummy timing! Maybe you could call him and ask for advice? Can you clarify what the headache is like (where it's located, dull or sharp?), when it's worst, etc? Does it get worse as the day goes on? Have you been cutting back on caffeine? Could you be having exposure to carbon monoxide? Are you on a medication with headaches as a side effect? Are you having allergy symptoms? (You don't have to answer these! I'm just trying to offer food for thought.)

It's dull and sitting right on my brow. And then there's the spasming muscles at the back of my neck. No cause that I can think of, though. Very frustrating.
