taffimaiDecember's going to be a busy month. I'm moving back to DC, switching jobs, and my sister's getting married. So my to-do list is:
1) Find apartment.
2) Pack.
3) Hire movers.
4) Buy furniture.
5) Find dress for sister's wedding. (I have to admit, I wasn't expecting the wedding color to be black, but I'm not going to do the gift horse thing.)
And I want to spend tomorrow at the beach, 'cause it's the one thing I'm really going to miss about Norfolk. Other than my staff and my boss and my residents ... okay, I'm emergency-braking on that train of throught. Teariness is not my friend.
Anyway, for number one on the to do list, I need everyone's help.

2) How poorly maintained? (Is this a health/safety issue? Will you have to ride herd on the management to get things fixed? Will you have to shell out money to get things fixed while waiting for the management to do it?)
