The Daily Show's segment, "This Week in God" did a piece on Anne Rice's new novel, "Christ the Lord" that went a little something like this:

- Clip of Anne Rice, saying that she hopes her fans will give the book a chance, because it has more in common with her other works than they might think.
- Solemn nod.
- Graphic of the following: "Moving silently through the shadows, the gay vampire knelt before Jesus."

I love this show.

BWAhaha! That's hilarious. I can't believe I missed it; I shut off the tv after the first segment because I was falling asleep, but now I wished I'd stayed up.
