Okay, so I was enjoying Pushing Daisies ... nice genre show, Tim Burtonesque feel to it, Kristin Chenoweth. All good things.
But then they added Raúl Esparza! If you couldn't hear the fangirlish squee at his name in the credits, we aren't in the same hemisphere.

I do love Kristin and her random singing in
iteverything she ever appears in! And I love the way Lee Pace always looks like he's dancing everywhere, so beautiful :)no subject
Date: 2007-10-25 07:07 pm (UTC)I haven't seen Kristin on TV before, so I didn't realize the random singing was a thing.
(Psst, download the MU link, you won't regret it.)

Date: 2007-10-25 09:48 pm (UTC)[an aside: Kidman knew she was going to be in that film and she went to see Wicked on Broadway during pre-production. She enjoyed Kristin's performance so much that she had a part written in the movie for her...]
I will dl the link. At the moment our network is going stupidly slowly and downloads (and even loading pages) is taking forever!
I wish there was more Sondheim on in London I could go and see *pouts*
Perhaps I shall have to take a trip to New York *fantasizes*

Date: 2007-10-25 10:14 pm (UTC)*scolds the bad internet* I just realized that particular link has one of John's albums in addition to the Company Soundtrack. Which I'm sure you have. Ummm ... sorry?
Alas, right now there's no Sondheim in New York either. Terribly, terribly sad.

Date: 2007-10-25 10:44 pm (UTC)It's still not working *kicks teh interwebs* but I'll give it another go in the morning when I'm finished with my current thing!
There should be more Sondheim. *stamps feet* I'd love to perform in a Sondheim musical on the West End stage.
And with that I'm off to bed to dream!
