Oh, US Airways. Why do you suck so much?

So I had to change a ticket on US Airways and they charged me $49 for the additional cost of the ticket. Which is fine, I completely understand that.
Then they charged me a $150 ticket change fee. Which is a little high, but okay. Fine.
Then they wanted to charge me $20 to e-mail me a receipt for those charges. Yes, you read that right: they wanted to charge $20 for an e-mail! What the hell???
It took me three hours and a complaint through American Express to get the receipts without a fee. Thank god for American Express.
*crosses US Airways off the list of airlines I will fly*
